              angle values were not changed.

     Version 1.0 -- by Boris Semenov, NAIF/JPL, September 16, 1998

              Initial Release.

Summary
--------------------------------------------------------

This file contains orientation of the broken MGS -Y Solar Array
('MGS_-Y_SOLAR_ARRAY' frame) relative to it nominal position
     ('MGS_RIGHT_SOLAR_ARRAY' frame).

The orientation is computed as single rotation by a hinge deflection
angle about X axis of the reference frame. (Refer to the descriptions
in the latest MAG/ER I-Kernel file for more information regarding
nominal and actual solar array frame and hinge deflection angle
     definitions.)

The orientation in the file is does NOT represent hinge angle change
during periapsis passages but only during steady angle intervals
between them. It is computed with an assumption that "steady"
intervals were extending exactly from a periapsis though the following
periapsis while in reality "steady" intervals were starting after
relaxation period (a few hundreds of seconds after a periapsis) and
ending when panel started to deflect due to dynamic pressure of the
Martian atmosphere (few hundreds of seconds before the following
     periapsis).

Coverage
--------------------------------------------------------

This file covers the whole MGS mission span -- from launch (1996 NOV
     07 21:00) through January 1, 2015
